The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Software Testing Consultant to join our growing delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of hands-on testing experience who is passionate about quality, highly detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic consulting environment.

You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards. Your role will involve documenting test cases, executing them, and providing clear evidence of results. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is essential, and knowledge of Java, NiFi, Python, or Spark is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

· Write, maintain, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.

· Log and track defects using Jira, and maintain documentation in Confluence.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

· Attach clear and concise evidence of test execution and outcomes.

· Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

What You Bring

· Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or QA.

· Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for test and defect management.

· Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to execute test cases and report results clearly and accurately.

· Familiarity with Java, NiFi, Python, or Apache Spark is a big plus.

· A proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
