Quality Business Partner

The Opportunity:

Evolve is excited to be partnering with a leading organisation in the civil infrastructure & utilities industry to find a dynamic Quality Business Partner on a 10 month contract in Sydney. About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to drive quality and performance across operations. In this role, you'll support the application of the Quality Management System and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and field delivery. You'll play a key part in strengthening quality practices and fostering a culture of improvement across the business.

• Support and continually improve the Quality Management System across all operations.
• Lead quality and root cause investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce the cost of poor quality.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop and improve training frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Mentor and support field teams to embed quality and continuous improvement practices.
• Capture and share best practices to drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the business.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
• Experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement roles, ideally within construction.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and Lean principles.
• Proven ability to deliver training, coaching, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
