As the Marketing Coordinator you'll support the BWS Marketing team in bringing the brand to life by executing marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer advocacy and attract new customers to BWS.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to execute flagship brand campaigns and activations including creative development and media planning.
• Contribute to the campaign management process by assisting in producing briefs, working with agency partners, meeting minutes, managing project timelines & budgets.
• Contribute to the creation of supplier packs and supplier activations.
• Manage the publishing, optimisation and day-to-day execution of content across BWS owned social channels, including TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Lead community management across social channels, ensuring timely, on-brand engagement and escalation of issues where required.
• Own the content execution and channel integration for No Fail Cocktails (NFC), ensuring the platform is consistently represented across social and owned channels
• Assist in the execution and integration of key brand campaigns into our owned content channels to further amplify campaign messages.
• Ensure all creative assets are supplied for all campaigns within agreed timelines and to specification.
• Support the delivery of the BWS marketing strategy and plan and contribute to annual brand planning.
• Champion the brand strategy with our teams and stores and ensure that BWS brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Build relationships with and regularly collaborate with marketing, digital, operations and merchandise teams.
• Build relationships with agency partners (creative, production and media) & key supplier partners
• Understand the relationship with the Insights Team and the results they produce.
• Assist in producing marketing reporting and tracking on key campaigns and activity.
• Social reporting focusing on best performing creative, media, platform. Including tracking of key competitors.
• Track and manage budget, ensuring it is to plan.
• Assist with other varied projects as required within the marketing portfolio including marketing, brand, advertising, in store, media and communications.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Experience within a retail environment/dedicated marketing environment preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing.
• Strong writing, presentation & communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks whilst working to agreed time frames.
• Are flexible and work cross functionally with the broader marketing team to support execution of initiatives outside of your core role when required.
• Able to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ability to analyse and produce reports.
