The business is undertaking digital transformation, and as a result has an immediate need for an experienced technology recruiter to join them for an initial 6 week period.

The role:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, for roles in technology transformation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support onboarding and compliance processes.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a proactive individual
• Have proven experience in recruitment roles, or recruitment agencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Have strong attention to detail
• You're experienced recruiting specialised technology roles
• Experience using Workday is desired but not essential
