Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

The Company

Due to increased activity, we are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support professional to join our Perth team.



The Role

This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales and recruitment consultants, while also delivering a high standard of customer service to clients and candidates. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and sales support to consultants
  • Delivering professional and responsive customer service to clients and candidates
  • Preparing contracts, client documentation, and compliance paperwork
  • Managing candidate onboarding and background checks
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and internal systems
  • Assisting with data entry and database management
  • Coordinating interviews, meetings, and general office support
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders



About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting others in a fast-paced professional environment. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and building positive working relationships.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused approach

Experience in recruitment, professional services, or a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
