SAP IS-Oil Functional Consultant

{"description": "DWS are seeking a client-side Senior SAP Functional Consultant with hands-on SAP IS-Oil Downstream implementation and integration experience in Australia, gained within a major downstream energy or fuels business. This role requires deep functional expertise across SAP IS-Oil Downstream modules, specifically TSW , TD , HPM and Exchanges/TDP .

This is not a generic SAP Functional Consultant role. Applicants without hands-on SAP IS-Oil Downstream experience will not be considered.

The successful applicant will also demonstrate strong SD/MM/FI integration capability, proven fit-gap analysis and RICEF functional specification authorship, and direct delivery experience within downstream fuels, terminals and trading environments.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Conduct business workshops and detailed fit-gap analysis to define As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Design and configure SAP IS-Oil Downstream modules including:
  • Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) for movement scheduling
  • Transportation and Distribution (TD) for bulk shipment and vehicle tracking
  • Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM) for quantity conversion and density management
  • Exchanges and TDP (Tariffs, Duties and Permits) for partner agreements and regulatory compliance
• Manage seamless integration with core SAP modules including SD (Order-to-Cash), MM (Procure-to-Pay) and FI (Financial Accounting)
• Produce high-quality functional specifications for RICEF objects and custom Z-programs
• Support unit, integration and UAT testing
• Provide expert input into solution design, optimisation and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with technical teams, business users and project stakeholders
