{"description": "We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Solutions Architect to design and lead an end-to-end HR technology solution using SAP SuccessFactors for a business acquisition. The role is responsible for defining the overall solution architecture across SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication; ensuring a scalable, compliant and best-practice design. This position acts as the technical authority across the HR and payroll landscape.

Salary : Up to $230K (inc super) Max Term, OR $950/day ACN

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Define overall solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB) replication
• Translate business requirements into robust functional and technical designs
• Ensure best practices, scalability, security and compliance across the solution
• Produce architecture diagrams and detailed design documentation for stakeholder approval
• Lead cross-module integration design ensuring seamless data and process flows
• Oversee data migration, data governance and data quality strategy
• Act as the technical authority for the SuccessFactors implementation
• Provide strong technical leadership to functional consultants, developers and integration teams
• Conduct design reviews, solution validations and quality assurance activities
