SAP SuccessFactors Migration Specialist
DWS is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Migration Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role focuses on end-to-end data migration for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and technical delivery teams to ensure a high-quality and compliant outcome

You will bring deep hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors data migration and payroll environments, and be comfortable operating in complex enterprise programs.

Salary: Up to $195k (inc super)

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing source systems including SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and SAP ECC HCM
• Identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and data cleansing requirements
• Developing and maintaining detailed source-to-target mapping documentation
• Defining data transformation rules, validation logic and default values
• Working with technical teams to execute data migration loads
• Supporting SIT, UAT and payroll parallel testing cycles
• Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT stakeholders and migration tooling teams

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Very strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Substantial experience with EC Payroll or SAP ECC HCM Payroll
• Proven delivery across multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors migration programs
• Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, migration execution and testing
• SuccessFactors certifications in EC and/or EC Payroll

Nice to have:

• Experience with Nexus or similar migration tools
• Exposure to ETL tooling
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
