Join Zurich’s Finance team as a Senior Accountant on a 12‑month contract, supporting month‑end close, statutory and regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and key financial governance processes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver high‑quality accounting support to the Financial Reporting team within a diverse insurance portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive the monthly close process by finalising actuals, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and completing accurate working papers for all designated entities.


• Maintain the integrity of financial information by ensuring compliance with Zurich’s accounting policies, preparing journals, and performing required checks and reconciliations during month‑end.


• Participate in quarterly and annual group, regulatory, and statutory reporting processes


• Build strong, collaborative relationships across finance and non‑finance teams to support effective service delivery and resolve issues promptly.


• Coordinate timely and accurate responses to auditor requests and contribute to a smooth audit process.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Advanced Excel skills (or higher).


• Experience in statutory and regulatory accounting.


• SAP general ledger experience.


• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail.


• Project management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
