The Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer within the Microsoft stack. This role involves supporting the comparison and alignment of data across two payroll systems, identifying discrepancies and presenting clear insights to stakeholders. You'll play a key part in ensuring data accuracy and consistency, with the ability to trigger updates where required, while working across internal systems and contributing to ongoing data improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare and analyse data across two payroll systems to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Produce clear summaries of differences ("delta") and present findings to stakeholders
• Support data validation and ensure accuracy across systems
• Facilitate updates to one system where required, based on user input and business rules
• Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve data-related issues
• Contribute to improving data quality and consistency across platforms
• Assist with maintaining and enhancing internal applications and services
• Support ongoing data enrichment and optimisation initiatives
