Senior Business Analyst (Technology)

The Role

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across a range of technology and transformation projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder meetings to identify business needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Support project delivery across the full project lifecycle, including planning, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

About You

• Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within IT, technology, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business improvement initiatives.
• Confident facilitating workshops and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience with enterprise systems, digital platforms, or large-scale transformation projects will be highly regarded.
