Senior Business Analyst with Cards experience - Contract - Melbourne/ Sydney

Requirements

• Having a minimum of 10+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst
  


• Must have experience in Cards.
  


• In-depth understanding of financial products, processes, and systems.
  


• Understanding of card acquiring and issuing
  


• Creativity and simplifying the complex processes and issues, problem solving, and analysis
  


• Experience working in an Agile Environment
  


• Ability to communicate a vision to stakeholders and team and work with the product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epic stories, and goals for the individual sprints.
  


• Comfortable in leading workshops in a cross-functional business and IT team through the discovery, development, and operational usage of the changes.
  


• Ability to innovate, adapt, and acquire new skills and content.
  


• Ability to work closely with the key stakeholders and build a collaborative partnership.
  


• Proven analytics skills and evidence-based decision making.
  


• Qualified with a degree in business and a preference for postgraduate qualifications
