Senior Property Manager (12-Month Contract)

We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties
• Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike
• Coordinate inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)
• Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with trusted trades
• Support leasing, onboarding and property handovers
• Use Console Cloud to manage operations with ease
• Foster great communication and positive tenant relationships

• A current Estate Agent’s Licence
• Strong trust accounting experience 
• 4+ years in residential Property Management
• Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar
• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
• Great time management and problem-solving skills
• A professional, positive and people-focused attitude
• Confidence navigating legislation and PM procedures
• Flexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions
