The Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to take ownership of the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of an enterprise ServiceNow platform across ITSM and CSM modules.

This role covers the full platform lifecycle, including administration, development, integrations, reporting, environment management, and release coordination across development, test, and production environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform including users, roles, ACLs, and governance controls
• Configure and enhance ITSM and CSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge, and Case Management
• Design and build solutions using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and UI policies
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to support operational and executive decision-making
• Manage platform environments, upgrades, releases, and patches following structured change processes

Your Profile

• 5+ years' experience administering and developing within the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience across ITSM and CSM modules
• Deep knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and script Includes
• Experience managing roles, ACLs, and platform governance controls
• Proven experience supporting multi-environment release management and structured change processes
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and working with enterprise systems
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills
