ServiceNow Administrator

Style : Hybrid; approx 3 days per week in office + WFH
Salary : up to $160,000 pkg (inc super) pro-rata, depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused ServiceNow Administrators to join our client's team in delivering high-quality support and system administration services. This role will play a key part in maintaining and supporting our ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ServiceNow system administration and platform support
• Deliver support services, including call taking, incident management, and user engagement
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues effectively
• Engage directly with end users to understand and resolve technical concerns
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of ServiceNow functionality and support processes
• Work within defined scope of works and proposal briefs to deliver required outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) - essential
• Proven ServiceNow system administration experience
• Strong support experience working with ServiceNow applications
• Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support in a service desk or IT support environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment

• Willingness to perform call taking and actively engage with end users
• Strong support-oriented mindset with excellent soft skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must be willing and eligible to undergo a security clearance process
