A ServiceNow Architect designs, implements, and governs complex ServiceNow platform solutions, bridging business needs with technical architecture. They establish best practices for instance strategy, integrations, and security, leading technical teams to deliver optimized IT, employee, and customer workflows while mentoring junior developers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Solution Design & Architecture: Create, document, and lead the implementation of high -level technical blueprints and architectures.
· Platform Governance: Establish coding standards, configuration management, and maintain system integrity and performance (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).
Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical contact, leading design workshops and providing guidance to developers
· Integrations & Strategy: Define integration strategies (APIs, web services) and oversee platform upgrades and roadmap planning.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and 3+ years in a solution architect role.
· Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of ServiceNow core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and JavaScript.
· Expertise: Large -scale implementation experience, strong understanding of cloud technologies, and technical governance.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or CTA.
