Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large, complex enterprise environment, supporting the design and delivery of high-quality technology solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and improved business outcomes. This role plays a key part in translating business requirements into robust, scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and strategy.

Type : Max Term, or ACN Contract
Rate : up to $230K (inc super) max term, or up to $1000/day ACN contract
Length : 12+ months
Start : ASAP (maximum 2 weeks' notice)
Where : Sydney; Parramatta and Macquarie Park ( candidates required to work across both sites )
Style : Hybrid; WFH + office

Key responsibilities:

• Translate business and strategic technology requirements into end-to-end solution designs
• Develop, maintain and support solution architecture models, standards and documentation
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to reduce technical complexity and ensure effective solution outcomes
• Review and endorse solution architecture options and technical designs across the full delivery lifecycle
• Support governance processes, ensuring alignment with architecture principles and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions

What you'll bring:

• Very strong experience designing and delivering solution architectures within complex enterprise environments
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical, well-governed technology solutions
• Significant experience producing solution design documentation and architecture artefacts
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
• Solid understanding of modern enterprise technologies, integration patterns and data-driven architectures
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
