The Role

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book project reviews.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client documents.
• Coordinate office events, workshops, and team activities.
• Track orders, manage invoices, and liaise with suppliers.
• Support onboarding and help maintain staff records.

About You

• Previous experience in administration or team support - creative industry exposure is a bonus.
• Strong organisational abilities, juggling deadlines and priorities with ease.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
