Job Description - Team Lead - Technical Records

Job Role: Team Lead - Technical Records 
Job Description 
Scanning and Digital Migration: Oversee the scanning and sorting of aircraft technical 
records, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and efficiently. 
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on scanned documents to guarantee data integrity 
and accuracy. 
Project Management: Ensure the team meets project deadlines, maintaining timelines and 
efficiency in document processing. 
Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, addressing queries and resolving 
issues to foster a collaborative work environment. 
Performance Monitoring: Track and report the quantitative and qualitative achievements of 
the team to management, ensuring alignment with project goals. 
Customer Interaction: Act as an ambassador for flydocs, effectively handling customer 
queries and feedback and manage customer quality audit. 
Scanner Maintenance: Responsible for timely maintenance and cleaning of scanning 
equipment, ensuring optimal image quality. 
Documentation and Archiving: Prepare boxes for archiving in compliance with procedures 
and guidelines and assist in creating process maps and guidelines. 
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with 
visual management standards. 
Requirements 
Minimum of two years records management administration experience. 
Minimum of two years’ experience of team management. 
Proficient at Microsoft suite [ Excel and Word] /Adobe Acrobat Professional software 
proficiency. 
Good verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to lift and move archive boxes with reasonable frequency. 
Full time working rights in Australia.
