Tech Lead with NV1 or NV2

(A). Work in collaboration within
IADB to guide projects ensuring technology and designs align to Defence
business requirements. In doing so, must play a lead role in the review of
milestone artefacts, and provide advice where contracted deliverables (delivered
by other Suppliers) raise potential risks and issues to projects and Defence;

(B). Work in collaboration with IADB
project teams to identify key technical risks and issues, and provide advice
and options to manage risks, including on alternate technical pathways which
align directly to project objectives;

(C). Support project decision making
and manage client expectations providing advice to project sponsors and
executives, ensuring project decisions are properly informed regarding
technological implications, and the impact to project benefits and functional
outcomes. To do this, the Technical Lead must have a strong understanding of
ICT architecture, security, systems acceptance, as well as a strong
understanding of software development methodologies, and design principles; and

(D). Assist the development of key project artefacts related to
specific technical expertise as directed by the relevant IADB project manager.
