You’ll dive into data, refine complex technical requirements, and collaborate across teams to drive a clear, prioritised roadmap. This twelve-month fixed term contract role, offers a flexible hybrid work model and open for the location - Country (Sydney)
What You'll Do
Partner with stakeholders to define key business problems and needs.
Gather, refine, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Align business, data, and AI requirements across the CTP domain.
Define and document data-related needs, risks, dependencies, and scope.
Lead workshops to capture and validate functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Document and manage rules that underpin AI agent development.
Translate heuristic business rules into high-quality technical documentation.
Convert documents, spreadsheets, and rule tables into LLM ready formats.
Analyse, integrate, and maintain AI related technical requirements across different teams.
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst in data-rich environments.
Experience working with AI, GenAI, GDP (Google Data Platform), Greenplum, enterprise data platforms, datasets, and data modelling concepts.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics workflows.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity in large, matrixed organisations.
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and follow through to see projects through to completion.
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
