Techno -Functional Consultant:

Techno -Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform. The role
involves requirement gathering, solution design, customization, integration,
and end -to -end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, while bridging the
gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with
business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

·         Translate business needs into functional and technical
specifications.

·         Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).

·         Develop custom components using Power Platform (Power Automate,
Power Apps, Power BI).

·         Perform data migration, system integration, and third -party
connector implementations.

·         Write functional design documents, solution blueprints, and test
scripts.

·         Work closely with developers on plugins, workflows, JavaScript,
and APIs.

·         Provide end -user training, UAT support, and post -go -live
assistance.

·         Ensure solutions follow best practices, security, and compliance
standards.

·         Support upgrade, patching, and performance optimization of CRM
environments.

Required Skills &
Experience

·         Strong experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online & On -Premise).

·         Hands -on with configuration, customization, workflows, business
rules, and security roles.

·         Technical knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate,
SQL, and Web APIs.

·         Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise
applications.

·         Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform ecosystem.

·         Strong problem -solving, requirement analysis, and solution
design skills.

·         Good understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer
Service).

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

·         Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate / Developer
Associate.

·         Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure
Functions).

·         Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
