Job Description - Temporary Office Manager


  • 2+ month Office Manager role

This company is a leading global professional services firm who partners with organisations across a range of industries. Our client is known for its collaborative environment, focusing on delivering practical and forward-thinking solutions for clients.

The role:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient workplace
  • Manage and support an Administrator, including training, delegation, and performance oversight
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries, resolving issues proactively
  • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions
  • Implement and improve administrative processes and systems to drive efficiency
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and ordering of supplies
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and inductions
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative or operational role
  • Previous experience managing staff
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and task orientated individual with high attention to detail
  • Confident working autonomously and taking initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
