Job Description - Test Analyst CRM

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail -oriented Test Analyst to support testing activities across customer engagement workflows and system integration initiatives. The role will focus on validating business rules, integrations, and end -to -end functionality to ensure high -quality delivery prior to go -live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases based on business and functional requirements.

  • Execute functional, integration, and end -to -end testing across customer journeys, including triggers, segmentation logic, personalisation rules, and cross -channel behaviour.

  • Validate system integrations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, correct mappings, and proper event sequencing.

  • Perform end -to -end testing of transactional and marketing communications, including message rendering, dynamic content, product recommendations, and promotional logic.

  • Conduct API and data synchronization testing to verify correct handling of customer data, transactions, behavioural events, and system interactions.

  • Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and traceability to requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and internal stakeholders to validate fixes and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and go -live readiness activities.

  • Ensure test documentation is maintained, up to date, and aligned with governance standards.



Requirements

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Analyst in system integration, CRM, ecommerce, or digital environments.

  • Strong experience in functional, integration, API, and end -to -end testing.

  • Good understanding of data validation, data flows, and system event processing.

  • Experience with defect management tools and test documentation frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross -functional business and technology teams.

  • Experience supporting UAT and production releases.
