The Role

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and collaborative office, this Workplace Experience Coordinator role is crucial to ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors alike. The team are hands on and collaborative in nature and are looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to join their supportive environment.

This role is a temporary position starting ASAP. They operate Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Hybrid, from their modern Southbank office.

Duties

Some of your duties will include:

• Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting visitors and coordinating meeting rooms
• Liaise with vendors such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering providers
• Maintain office presentation through stock control and replenishment of supplies
• Support desk allocation and workspace organisation, including office moves and seating plans
• Travel bookings
