Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Healius, a leading healthcare company in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Accountant to join our team on a fulltime, remote basis. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency - Assist with audits and tax compliance as needed - Stay current with accounting principles and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
