A leading construction organisation with their head office located in Carrum Downs is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team with an immediate start. The organisation is dedicated in their specialised field to delivering value and to servicing all their clients to the highest of satisfaction.

Your new role

• Full function AP duties
• Process supply invoices
• Three-Way-Matching of invoices and purchase orders
• Account and AP reconciliation
• Ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in Accounts Payable is required
• Knowledge of work cover processes is beneficial.
• Experience with JobPac or ABBYY is beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be a team player and assist others when and where required

What you'll get in return

• Competitive hourly rate - $35 - $40 + Super depending on experience
