Job Description
Our Client is a leading national, tier 2 civil construction company specialising in rail, bulk earthworks and major subdivisions. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be assisting the team with all Accounts Payable functions.
Monitor accounts email inbox daily and distribute emails for actioning as appropriate Accurately enter and process invoices on a daily basis and in a timely manner Identify errors or discrepancies with invoices before processing Coordinate resolution of invoice queries, errors or discrepancies with internal personnel Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled by the 15th day of each month Distribute received mail to personnel Some front-of-house reception and general administrative duties About You:
Experience working in an Accounts Payables capacity, at least 2 years' Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Tertiary qualifications in Accounts is highly desired High attention-to-detail Openess and willingness to learn new finance system Benefits: Flexible hourly rate Based in their Penrith office, 5-days per week Temp to perm for the right candidate Supportive team and great work culture Benefits of working as a Accounts Payable Officer Civil Construction in null:
