Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Henry Schein in a remote-work position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Investigate and resolve billing issues with vendors and internal departments - Ensure all payments are made on time and accurately - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and vendor information - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of accounts payable processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to a remote work environment
