Accounts Receivable Officer

• The Company

  We are working with an industry leader located within the CBD, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. You will be working closely within a close-knit and tenured Finance team who are results driven and big on a positive and inclusive culture. As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be within a full function environment.

  The Role

  Reporting to the Finance Manager, as the Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  · Invoice creation, distribution, and reconciliation

  · Daily allocations and Receipting

  · Daily Bank Reconciliations

  · Preparation of Statements and Invoicing

  · Preparation of Credit Notes and processing Claims / Rebates

  · Facilitating Collection Calls

  · Month End Reconciliations

  · Providing management with reporting and analysis as required

  · Ad hoc tasks as required

  To be considered for the position

  You will have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer within an end-to-end environment, high volume and fast paced and thoroughly enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Other attributes will include:

  · Experience with large ERPs

  · Strong level of excel skills - Pivots & Vlookups

  · Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

  · Experience within the real estate, or property industry would be beneficial
