Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and driven Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at ANZ Stadium in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate invoices and send them to clients - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions - Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: - Proven experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities
