In this role you will

• Design and develop solution that is sustainable and scalable for current and future.

• Analyse position data, employee data and processes related to employee life cycle to ensure solution design is fit for purpose.

• Analyse HR processes and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

• Work independent with minimal supervision.

• Solution designer/Functional lead and partner with project managers to deliver multiple projects.

• Configure, customize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business needs, identify risks and dependency.

• Document and present solution design to multi forums for endorsement.

• Review and input delivery scope and test plan for system Integration testing and support UAT.

• Develop and maintain detail solution design and functional specification documentations for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.

The position is a Fixed Term Full Time contract until the 31/01/2026 and is based at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements (2-3 days a week in the office, but could extend up to 5 days in office to meet project timelines)

About you

• Extensive experience in solution design and configurations with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems.

• Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent, Employee life cycle, HR processes, Policies and Procedures.

• Proficiency end to end design from source to target systems related to HR Core data and Talent data.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot SAP HCM and SuccessFactors issues.

• Experience managing and executing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with HR and IT stakeholders.

• Ability to train end-users on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionalities.

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and other systems Integration capabilities.
