Assistant Management Accountant

You will join a listed, global business that has an annual turnover of $2bn and you'll work directly with a Senior Management Accountant and the CFO. The Australian business is growing; they've quadrupled their turnover in 4 years, and they expect to be approx. $150m within the next 18 - 24 months. Therefore, you will join a business that is highly stable and one that is packed with experienced finance professionals who have created an inclusive and collaborative culture.

They will support you on your journey to becoming a fully qualified CPA.

What You'll Do:

Initially you'll be involved with reconciliations, accruals, assisting with forecasting, helping with project reporting, get exposure to analysis, and be responsible for invoicing. As you develop in the position and your knowledge increases, you'll be exposed to budgets, month end, variance analysis, forecasting, and audit processes.

Who You Are:

As mentioned, there is lots of training provided but we are looking for certain criteria to be met to be considered:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 12 months in Finance.
• A background in AP / AR
• A strong understanding of debits and credits
• Intention to study your CPA or have already commenced.
• An ability to solve problems and a desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
