Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina Delivery Centre working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds. Key Role Details: · Start date 7th May 2024 · $26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates · Permanent, full-time opportunities · Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm · Inbound contact centre role · 4 weeks full time paid training 7th May -3rd June Key Responsibilities: · First point of contact for customer service and account management · Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience · Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements · Support customers through multiple channels.
