Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina Delivery Centre working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds. Key Role Details: · Start date 7th May 2024 · $26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates · Permanent, full-time opportunities · Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm · Inbound contact centre role · 4 weeks full time paid training 7th May -3rd June Key Responsibilities: · First point of contact for customer service and account management · Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience · Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements · Support customers through multiple channels. No contact centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must! · Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age · Confident and capable in using computers and systems · Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator · Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPI’s · Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills · Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets
