Reporting to the Head of Client Success , the Digital Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and planning, implementing, reporting and communicating strategic digital marketing solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Communication

• Service fulfillment meeting key SLA's, keyword research, content, campaign reviews
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients by phone
• Running meetings and achieving objectives with clients
• Managing client expectations

Activities

• Resolving problems and conflict
• Client feedback
• Asana management
• Hosting internal and external workshops
• Network relationship building

Our Requirements:

The Essentials

• Technical SEO knowledge
• Competency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, G Business Profile, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, PowerBI
• Project management on Asana and Hubspot
• Performance media knowledge

• General attention to detail
• Up to date with industry trends and changes
• Receptivity to feedback
• Team involvement and collaboration
• Stakeholder management

Candidates with prior account management experience will be highly desired by the client.
