We are looking for an Experience Associate within the EY Wavespace team. The role can be based in either our Sydney or Auckland office .

The Wavespace Experience Associate uses wavespace and emerging human-centered design methods and the wavespace experience design framework to design and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role works with clients across all market segments and provides support for business development efforts and signed engagements. The Experience Associate is responsible for working with EY and client teams to understand desired outcomes, and design an immersive, collaborative experience to achieve those results. Sessions can be virtual, in person, or a mix of both. Key responsibilities include supporting the design and facilitation of interactive and impactful client experiences, planning and managing multiple projects at any one time, ensuring a high-quality seamless experience that engages all participants, developing relationships with and providing proactive support to selected focus accounts, and being active in the wavespace global network. The wavespace Experience Associate will help manage the end-to-end delivery of wavespace sessions, including event support and logistics. In constant communication with experience management leads, as well as with engagement teams, experience designers, visual designers, technologists, internal catering and setup teams, you will ensure seamless execution of wavespace experiences. In this role, you’ll project manage a dynamic mix of engagements helping our clients solve some of their most complex problems. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high-quality work products

Key aspects of the role are-

• Project Management of all aspects of client experience such as -
  • scheduling sessions, rehearsals and debriefs, detailed logistics planning, client team liaison, client research, manage tasks

ensuring all session artifacts are completed prior to, monitoring milestones and deadlines, managing cadence of meetings with EY and client sponsor

design team, coordinate internal resources and external support for the execution of multiple sessions.

• • ensuring all logistics are in place, all materials are available, documenting session outcomes and outputs.
  • documenting session outcomes, insights from debriefs and liaising with stakeholders for any follow-on activities
• Create exceptional experiences -
  • Develop your skills in creating consistent wavespace experience using wavespace approved and emerging human-centered design methodologies and

best practices.

• • Collect and analyze data.
  • Determine the activities, content, and discussions to support the purpose and objectives of the experience.
• Contribute to the facilitation of a range of experiences and workshops, including facilitating breakout groups

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years professional experience in client-facing role
• Experience in a project management
• Experience in consulting, CX Practice in a top tier firm, or agency
• Detail oriented, yet able to span across multiple concurrent projects
• Proficient in Excel, PPT, and Microsoft teams
• Knowledge of design thinking and other human-centered methods and the ability to solve complex business problems with simple, industry-leading experience and design solutions.
• Certification Requirements:
  • Completion of EY Innovation - Design Thinking Badge within 1 year of hire.
  • Completion of EY waverhood training
