Financial Accountant

Summary:

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing regulations within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, accounting methods, and financial regulations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for month-end closure and reporting

Oversee and supervise AR function

Prepare and review P&L and BS

Monthly cash flow reporting and forecast

Administer corporate credit card program

Oversee floorplan funding facility including DLL

BAS and Payroll tax lodgement

I/C AP and AR reconciliation

Stock reconciliation and reporting

BS accounts reconciliation

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting or relevant Degree

CPA or CA qualified is essential

Must have experience with SAP S4 HANA

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tool such as Power BI (preferred)

Minimum 4 years in a similar role

Good understanding of IFRS

Fluent in Madarin will be considered favorably.
