Management Accountant

·        Prepare, review and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
·        Generate sales reports, maintain and submit records of business expenses incurred. 
·        Budgeting and reporting.
·        Assist in the execution of analytics and profitability reports, presenting accurate data and financial analysis to internal clients. 
·        Providing financial analysis and forecasts. 
·        Support audit projects.
·        Review, design and implement financial systems, processes, financial models and reports to provide reliable and useful financial information to various departments and management teams. 
·        Collect and analyze account information to reconcile financial discrepancies.
·        Follow all applicable company policies. 
·        Calculate unpaid taxes and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
·        Analyze accounting options and recommend financial actions. 
·        Project cash flow. 
·        Analyze trends and financial performance across the organization. 
·        Assist management in preparing the annual budget. We support financial transactions with document authentication.
·        Design, implement, modify and document records and accounting systems using current computer technology.
·        Advise management on issues such as resource utilization, control strategies and assumptions underlying budget projections.
