Job Description - Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Opportunity for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join the team of an Agriculture business in Longford. Your new company

They are committed to leveraging technology and expertise to support their clients in achieving their goals and driving success. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join the team on a part-time permanent basis in Longford.


Your new role

As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, your core duties will be providing administration support to the Director along with the broader team. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Bookkeeping functions such as AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations & payroll using xero
  • Managing administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Personal Assistant to the Director
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data and reports as necessary
  • General administration tasks and ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate, you'll have demonstrated experience in accounts and administration or similar role, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience ideally within the agriculture sector. You'll also have the following;

  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proactive nature and a high level of initiative
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially excel
  • Xero experience strongly desired
  • Flexible and adaptable nature
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
