Job Description Our client are a Health provider, currently working on the implementation of a HR/Payroll system. They are seeking a Project Manager who has had HR/Payroll experience as well as process improvement experience. As this is more of a functional role than technical, Finance Projects background would be essential as well as excel, power point, and project planning experience. Hybrid Permanent, full time Salary: $120k - $140k + super The Role: Our client has moved into the latest version of a HRIS software, as such, an in-depth understanding of, and previous experience with implementing HR/Payroll systems is imperative for this position. The role will require a thorough understanding of process improvement, financial management (reporting of project activities; tracking of estimates, actuals and forecasts) transformation, continual innovation, and change. Role responsibilities: Guide project teams in developing and implementing a HR/Payroll Solution Process Improvement experience Aligning project goals with business objectives and IT strategies. Manage the planning and execution of the IT projects Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, mitigating and understanding IT project impacts and risks Implement project management best practices, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards Leverage HR and Payroll industry insight to proactively identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring project success and compliance with industry regulations. Lead project teams in the integration of IT applications, systems, and technologies, optimizing collaboration and efficiency. Your Skills: 2-5 + years Project Management experience within the Health sector Lead a number of medium to large multiple concurrent projects Effectively manage project scope HR/Payroll Solution Implementation experience Excel in stakeholder management (with customers and internally) Accountable for the successful delivery of fit-for-purpose project outputs Responsible for financial management and reporting of project activities (tracking of estimates, actuals and forecasts) Ensuring changes are documented, approved and registered. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Project Management artefacts Accountable for Project Risk and Issue Management including identifying, registering, and driving treatment activities that will mitigate project risks and resolve issues. Accountable for the preparation of project reports and other management products Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with solution providers and vendors. Manage large Project budgets Effectively resource, schedule, prioritise and coordinate project activities.
