The Company
Our client is a dynamic and modern Accounting practice located in Melbourne. They are offer social activities and an amazing team environment.The Opportunity
They are looking for a Receptionist to support their accounting team.Your duties may include:

• Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
• Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
• Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO 
• Maintain and update software systems with client information
• Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
• Collation of financial statements and tax returns
• Preparing letters associated with these
• Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
• Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete

About You:

• Previous work experience within an Accounting practice
• Previous Reception experience
• Excellent verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills
• An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail
• Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
• An enthusiastic 'Customers Come First' attitude
