Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Perth, Western Australia. This is an entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Accounts Payable associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and issues - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven and committed to achieving results - Leadership qualities and strategic planning skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
