Accounts Payable

Job Description: Tractor Supply is seeking a dedicated and driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence to contribute effectively to our team.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing business environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Driven and dedicated to delivering high-quality work - Critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
