We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable specialist to work from home for our company, Charles Schwab. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High attention to detail and accuracy
