Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Receivable to join our team at Newmont Mining in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for handling the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collection of payments, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Generate and send out invoices 2. Follow up on overdue payments 3. Reconcile customer accounts 4. Process credit card payments 5. Maintain accurate records of transactions 6. Assist with month-end closing activities 7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues 8. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders 9. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed 10. Continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 5. Strong problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software 7. No prior experience required - training will be provided
