Your new role
Work with our very supportive and innovative National Credit Manager, who has a wealth of experience and is transforming how our firm manages its credit and collections.
Your work will include:
- Communicating with a broad range of clients mostly by phone and email about outstanding payments on their accounts
- Account reconciliation and sending monthly statements
- Collaborating with team members across the firm to manage payments and client credit
- Balancing empathy to the client's situation while ensuring payment
- Your skills and experience
You will bring to the role:
- At least 12 months experience in a credit/finance role
- Microsoft365 proficiency and confidence learning new systems
- Adaptability and experience in an efficient and fast-paced environment
- Initiative and autonomy while also taking a collaborative approach
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent phone manner and the ability to have some difficult conversations
- Fine-tuned multi-tasking and organisational skills
