Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Gap is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online accounts receivable for the company - Monitor and reconcile online transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with online payments - Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments - Generate and send invoices to customers - Provide excellent customer service to address any payment inquiries or concerns - Produce reports on accounts receivable activity and performance

Requirements: - Driven and confident individual with strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Experience in people management and working in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
