Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Tesoro, a leading company in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable processes for online transactions, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing. 2. Monitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Communicate with customers via email or phone to follow up on outstanding payments and provide assistance with billing inquiries. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes and improve cash flow management. 5. Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable and assist in budget forecasting. 6. Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements for auditing purposes. 7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the accounting system with relevant information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 5. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Previous experience with online accounts receivable systems is a plus.
