Job Description - Senior Account Manager

Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Technology / Consulting Job Description Are you ready to step into a pivotal role where your expertise drives tangible impact and where you’re the foundation in our client relationships? Join us as our Senior Account Manager and take charge of managing strategic client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our Sales Team's targets. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day client interactions across multiple sites, collaborating closely with both sales and delivery teams. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor our clients rely on, the strategic thinker who anticipates their needs, and the problem-solving expert who ensures their satisfaction. It's a role that demands versatility, resilience, and a knack for building meaningful connections. Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and driving their growth in alignment with sales targets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements.

  • Develop tailored solutions that address client needs and align with their business goals, taking a proactive and strategic approach to account management.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and conducting quarterly reviews with clients.

  • Support internal teams in project delivery, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and support pre-sales efforts through proposal development and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced in sales or account management, preferably in the technology sector, professional services and consulting.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and develop strategic account plans.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
