Superannuation (SMSF) Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance obligations and administrative requirements for a portfolio of over 200 SMSF clients
• Review financial statements, electronic working papers, and tax returns
• Mentor and train junior team members on technical, software, and operational matters
• Maintain client relationships, attending meetings as needed and serving as the key contact
• Collaborate with auditors on technical and compliance matters
• Provide valuable technical SMSF guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute actively to driving continual improvement, efficiency, and growth
• Act as the main liaison between the offshore team and stakeholders, offering real career progression opportunities

Skills and Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing the designation
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in SMSF compliance and technical aspects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Commercially minded with a drive to advance your career
• Experience with Class super is desirable
• Australian PR/Citizen
